a) Amazing mountain views, exquisite dining experience, unique spa offerings

We had bountiful and large breakfast with custom eggs and continental options, as example. The extremely hospitable staff was much appreciated.

The rooms are large with a nice big balcony on the 1st floor and additionally equipped with comfortable deck chairs. The staff was very helpful and could print out tickets for the Jungfraujoch with reservation. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent ! The swimming pool and sauna area are also top notch!

The shower and the washbasins were too small.

The hotel is superbly located, the staff very courteous and friendly. In the clean and quiet Suna landscape you can relax and recharge your batteries. The massages round off the day and you will feel good as a clam. Our stay was great!

it is in stunning location to staubbach waterfall, set right at the hotel. the restaurant in the property is amazing for dinner.

The amazing mountain views from our balcony and the delicious five-course dinners made our stay nice. The fresh omelette station at breakfast was a good touch to start our day.

Staying in the mountain view family room was a treat, with fine vistas every morning, made waking up a joy. The heated pool was a perfect place for relaxation, and the excellent buffet breakfast featured everything from fresh fruits to made-to-order omelets. The attentive staff stood out, always ensuring glasses were filled and providing recommendations for local excursions. Some areas of the hotel could benefit from modernization, particularly in the common spaces, and we noticed a slight delay in service during peak dining hours, which might require some patience.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. We took the full board option which included a 5 course meal each night. The food was excellent and the menu varied every night. The wait staff were all brilliant. The junior suite was spacious with huge verandah and fantastic views of the mountains. Indulged in a massage and facial with Yvette and can highly recommend it. The owners provided a personal touch, greeting and farewelling everybody. All together a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay next visit.

Amazing mountain views, comprehensive spa facilities, outdoor recreational opportunities

Room humidity issues could be distracting!!! Lack of air conditioning really made the warm days uncomfortable!!! The distance from the town center is another hassle, especially after a long day of hiking!!!

Very friendly staff who were accommodating to our needs with two small dogs. Friendly owner who came to introduce herslef to us and make sure we were enjoying our stay. Excellent breakfast.

Some amenities lacked attention, like the outdoor pool, which seemed uninviting. The hotel restaurant experienced inconsistent service , disrupting our dining experience.
